This beautiful saree brings out the fine skills involved in making the soru tuli batik with its fine wax resist line work rendered in pastel and jewel colors on the dark black pallu and borders. The main body of the saree is adorned with crackle batik design in warm rust orange color, contrasting with the gorgeous pallu design, where you can see framed central motifs of twin paisley kalkas with dense leafy vines in lilac, pink and olive colors.
