Before dispatch
You may ask Silk Bhes to cancel an order that has not yet been packed, shipped or delivered. We review each request in Admin. A delivered order cannot be cancelled through ordinary cancellation.
Stock and payment
If a cancellation is accepted, stock is restored once. COD orders that were never collected have no payment to reverse. If you paid by UPI or another confirmed method, payment resolution is recorded separately after we verify the original payment.
Exchanges
Standard purchases remain exchange-only, subject to the published Exchange Policy. Damaged or wrong-item cases are handled with support-assisted lawful resolution. We do not invent a cancellation window or return-shipping payer here.
