Description
The saree is woven from Bangalore silk with its unique smooth blend to create this stunning design in an innovative block design that uses multiple colors to create a three-dimensional design effect. Traditional needle work in Kantha embroidery is used all over the cloth with contrasting white thread to form concentric medallion floral boxes, leaf vine patterns, and leaf booties. The combination of warm yellows, vivid oranges, leafy greens, and peaceful sky blues provides amazing depth of design without resorting to patchwork techniques. Lightweight and graceful in drape, the saree is finished with tassels at its edges.
